Spicecraft spice mixes are made using 13 herbs and spices for the most authentic flavour. Just add in your fresh ingredients - chicken, cream, tomato paste - and follow the easy steps.

Inside each Spice Kit

Each kit contains 4 packs with different pre-portioned spice mixes 
   Butter Chicken sauce spice pack 1,
   Butter Chicken sauce spice pack 2,
   Chicken marinade spice pack,   
   Dried Fenugreek leaves
   Recipe card 

You will need
   
   Skinless chicken thighs,
   Plain Greek Yogurt,
   Lite cream (thickened), 
   Coriander
   and a small can of Tomato paste.
   Plus butter, honey and salt to taste

 

Cooking Tips

  1. If you're not cooking for 6, this Butter Chicken freezes really well for up to 3 months so you can get multiple meals out it. In fact it tastes even better the next time. 
  2. If you prefer a milder flavour, especially with kids, cook the Butter Chicken as per the recipe, then add in a few dollops of cream just before serving. This way you can adjust the heat to individual preferences.  
  3. It is highly recommended to use light thickened cream as the fat in full cream will dull the spices.
